Dr. Manning Li is an Associate Professor in the Department of Information Management and Decision Science, Northeastern University in China. Prior to this, she worked as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) with the department of computing, Faculty of Science at Macquarie University, in Sydney Australia (2009-2011). Under the supervision of Prof. Shirley Gregor, she obtained her PhD in Information Systems from the Australian National University, Australia (June 2009). Her major research interests include intelligent systems, human-computer interaction, e-health and virtual reality. Dr Li has led several research projects funded by the Macquarie University in Sydney Australia, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Department of Education and the Fundamental Research Funds for Central Universities. She has published in Journals such as Decision Support Systems, Electronic Commerce Research, Information & Management，Australian Tax Forum, Journals of Integrated design & process science， International Journal of Information Management and Communications of the AIS. Her work also appeared in reputable international conferences in the Information Systems discipline. Dr. Li’s publications also include 2 books (Springer and Tsinghua University Press). She is a member of the AIS and a reviewer for many IS conferences and Journals.
